Billing and usage

Billing is at the Organization level. You may have more than one Organization on different plans.

The admin of an Organization can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a subscription plan.

Upgrade or downgrade a subscription plan

To upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan:

  1. On the Organizations page, select the org you would like to upgrade or downgrade.
  2. Select the Billing menu item.
  3. Choose a subscription plan by selecting the Subscribe button.
  4. To finalize your subscription, you will be redirected to Lemon Squeezy, who we partner with for secure payments and subscription management.

Cancel a subscription plan

To cancel your subscription plan:

  1. On the Organizations page, select the org you would like to cancel a subscription plan for.
  2. Select the Billing menu item.
  3. Select the Manage subscription button for your current subscription plan.
  4. You will be redirected to the Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal.
  5. In the Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal, select the dropdown next to your subscription and select Cancel.

On your Organization billing page, you should see an alert:

Your subscription is cancelled and will revert to the free plan at the end of the current billing period. You can resume your subscription before then by resuming it in the Customer Portal.
